Motala taluka's economy blends pulse trading, brick kilns, and small fabrication units that push concrete floors to their limits. We install impact-resistant epoxy mortar and anti-skid systems suited to kiln-adjacent dust, heavy sack stacking, and the taluka's network of rural industrial roads.
Brick kiln dust is highly alkaline and can attack standard epoxy if slabs are not neutralised before coating. Our Motala projects begin with pH testing and alkaline-contamination treatment, followed by epoxy mortar rebuilds in fabrication bays where steel offcuts dent and chip weak surfaces. Pulse godowns receive smooth, forklift-friendly coatings with defined staging lanes, while exterior loading ramps get quartz-broadcast anti-skid finishes that stay grippy during monsoon rains. We work closely with taluka entrepreneurs upgrading old RCC sheds into packaged food units that require FSSAI-friendly flooring.
"Fabrication bay mortar topping stopped concrete chipping under our press. Very tough finish."
"Food packaging unit floor passed FSSAI inspection. Smooth and easy to wash down nightly."
